The opportunity
You'll lead the design and execution of SimplyCodes' user engagement initiatives. In this high-impact role, you'll:
- Rapidly build and scale our Insiders program into a robust user partnership engine
- Design and operate systematic user feedback loops
- Drive engagement through innovative rewards and recognition
- Partner with product and research teams to improve user experience
- Create measurable business impact through user programs
You'll report directly to our VP of Product Marketing and work closely with our product and research teams to shape the future of online savings.
What you'll do
First 30 days:
- Analyze current user engagement metrics and patterns
- Map user engagement journeys and opportunities
- Begin developing enhanced engagement strategy
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
First 60 days:
- Launch enhanced engagement program structure
- Implement engagement monitoring and feedback processes
- Complete first diary study focused on user motivation
- Create engagement health dashboard
- Begin testing participation initiatives
First 6 months:
- Scale active user programs to 2000+ engaged participants
- Launch tiered engagement programs (Ambassador, PEP)
- Create self-sustaining engagement ecosystem
- Demonstrate significant impact on core engagement metrics
- Build case for program expansion
About you
Must-haves:
- 5+ years experience managing structured engagement or participation programs
- Track record of dramatically increasing user engagement metrics
- Strong program management and operational skills
- Experience designing and scaling rewards/recognition systems
- Data-driven approach to measuring engagement success
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with gamification and engagement mechanics
- Background in product marketing or community programs
- User research experience
- Familiarity with consumer products
- Understanding of online shopping / e-commerce

Compensation & growth opportunity
We align individual success with company performance:
- Competitive base salary: $130,000 - $200,000 DOE
- Equity: 0.1% - 0.25% initial grant
